NIDORA® is a weight loss system you sprinkle on your food.


If you've ever used salt and pepper on your food, you already know how to use NIDORA - it's that simple! Sprinkle it on all your food and before you know it, your body is craving less and you're losing weight. The NIDORA shaker contains "salty" and "sweet" tastants. While tastants are designated as either "salty" and "sweet," these designations are used only as guideline for the types of food the tastants should be sprinkled on. Tastants do not make food taste salty or sweet - in fact, they don't change the taste of food at all. Also, salty tastants contain NO sodium, and sweet tastants contain NO sugar.

Make sure to sprinkle NIDORA evenly over the surface of all your food. If you sprinkle less than necessary your weight losing will be slighter, if you sprinkle more than necessary you won't get better results as the system is designed to make you slim step by step in accordance with your body's natural metabolisme.



"Salty" vs "Sweet"



You simply sprinkle the sweet tastants on all sweet foods and the salty tastants on salty foods. If you are unsure if a food is sweet or salty, then use the sweet tastants. The "Salty" and "Sweet" tastants do not contain salt or sugar and do not make your food taste salty or sweet.

NIDORA® advises


  1. Try to eat something small every 2 to 3 hours in order to boost your metabolism.
  2. Eat your fruits and vegetables, and make sure to drink plenty of water!
  3. Incorporate exercise into your everyday routine. Just 10 minutes a day can make a difference.
  4. Set mini goals along the way, and reward yourself when you achieve them.
  5. Remember to use NIDORA consistently every day.

Difficult to sprinkle foods


Some foods can be a little tricky when it comes to sprinkling tastants. Some users have found that using a light spritz of water onto fruits like grapes and berries helps the tastants to stick. For foods like chips, nuts and pretzels, sprinkle directly into the bag or over the plate. As for foods like sandwiches, burgers, sprinkle on the outside layer.

What to expect


Everyone experiences weight loss differently. You may notice when you first start using NIDORA that you are feeling fuller, more satisfied and eating smaller portions. You may also notice: reduced snacking, cravings and decreased need/desire for sweets.


Remember to use

It can be helpful to create little reminders so that sprinkling becomes second nature. Some find it helpful to leave post-it notes throughout the house or set alarms. Find the strategy that works better for you! The key is to give NIDORA time to work.
